Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed after payment is made online unless otherwise specified.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when it is delivered to shipping courier. All items have a processing time of 1-2 business days.

Shipping time is from when the item is delivered to shipping courier to when it arrives at your door.

Delivery Method
Online orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. The online store gives customers the option to choose their desired method of shipment during checkout.

Returns
All returns must be mailed back to Nuchia Foods with a copy of the original sales receipt.
